This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, free plans, paid subscriptions, reward points, and reward budgets are handled.
This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
1.1. Reward Class may offer a free plan with access to a limited selection of courses, lessons, quizzes, missions, games, challenges, features, or reward tools.
1.2. The free plan does not require a monthly subscription payment.
1.3. Free plan access may be limited and may not include all courses, games, challenges, features, parent tools, Reward Class-funded rewards, or monthly Reward Class reward budgets.
1.4. Reward Class may change, add, remove, restrict, or withdraw free plan features at any time.
1.5. Paid subscriptions provide access to all available courses, games, challenges, lessons, quizzes, missions, paid features, parent tools, and, where included, a monthly Reward Class reward budget.
1.6. The paid plan may include access to a comprehensive school curriculum for children aged 8–11, subject to content availability and future updates.
1.7. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
1.8. Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.
1.9. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Reward Class.
1.10. Unless Reward Class states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, when a paid subscription is cancelled, access to paid features may end immediately and the account may return to the free plan, where available.
2.1. By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorise Reward Class and our payment provider, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the monthly subscription fee.
2.2. The monthly price, included features, and any monthly Reward Class reward budget will be shown before purchase.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
2.4. If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, restrict paid features, suspend access, downgrade the account to the free plan, or cancel the subscription.
2.5. A paid subscription is linked to the account and cannot be transferred to another person unless Reward Class agrees.
3.1. Before subscribing to a paid plan, users will be given access to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
3.2. By subscribing, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and understand those policies.
3.3. By subscribing, you agree that the paid subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
3.4. By subscribing, you understand that paid access may begin immediately after payment.
3.5. By subscribing, you understand that cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund, especially where paid courses, lessons, games, challenges, features, points, or Reward Class-funded rewards have already been accessed, used, earned, redeemed, issued, or fulfilled.
4.1. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
4.2. Cancellation can be completed through your account settings, where available, or by contacting us at:

4.3. Unless Reward Class states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect when processed.
4.4. When a paid subscription is cancelled, access to paid features may end immediately.
4.5. After cancellation, your account may return to the free plan, where available.
4.6. After cancellation, you may lose access to:
a. all paid courses;
b. premium missions;
c. paid lessons;
d. paid quizzes;
e. games and challenges available only to paid users;
f. subscription-only parent tools;
g. Reward Class-funded rewards;
h. unused monthly Reward Class reward budget; and
i. any other paid subscription features.
4.7. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future monthly renewal charges, but it does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid.
4.8. If you cancel after paid access has started, any refund may be refused or reduced where permitted by law, especially if the account has accessed paid courses, used paid features, earned points through paid features, or redeemed Reward Class-funded rewards.
5.1. Paid subscriptions may give immediate access to digital features, including paid courses, lessons, quizzes, missions, games, challenges, parent tools, points features, and Reward Class-funded reward features.
5.2. By purchasing a paid subscription and accessing paid features, you understand that the service may begin immediately.
5.3. Where applicable law allows, if you request, agree to, or use immediate access to paid digital services or content, any refund may be reduced to reflect the value of the services, content, features, points, rewards, or reward budget already used.
5.4. If a user has accessed paid courses, completed paid lessons, attempted paid quizzes, used paid games or challenges, earned points through paid features, or redeemed Reward Class-funded rewards, Reward Class may take this into account when deciding whether a refund is available.
5.5. Reward Class will not limit any cancellation or refund rights that you are legally entitled to.
6.1. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except where:
a. required by applicable law;
b. stated at the time of purchase;
c. Reward Class approves a refund at its discretion; or
d. there has been a serious technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the paid features and we are unable to resolve it.
6.2. Refunds are not automatically provided simply because:
a. a user did not use the Platform;
b. a child did not complete lessons, quizzes, missions, games, challenges, or courses;
c. a parent or guardian changed their mind after paid access began;
d. a subscription was cancelled after the monthly charge was taken;
e. the account had unused points;
f. the account had unused monthly Reward Class reward budget;
g. the user had access to the free plan after cancellation;
h. parent-provided rewards were not fulfilled by the parent or guardian; or
i. the user no longer wants to use the Platform.
6.3. Refunds may be refused or reduced where paid features have already been accessed or used, where points have been earned through paid features, or where Reward Class-funded rewards have already been redeemed, issued, delivered, or fulfilled, where permitted by law.
6.4. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
7.1. If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may have legal cancellation rights for certain online purchases.
7.2. In some cases, consumers may have a 14-day cancellation period.
7.3. Where paid digital services, digital content, or subscription access begins immediately after purchase, your cancellation and refund rights may depend on what was explained and agreed at checkout.
7.4. If you request, agree to, or use immediate access to paid digital services during any cooling-off period, you may still have the right to cancel, but you may have to pay for the value of the service already provided, where permitted by law.
7.5. For certain digital content supplied immediately, cancellation rights may be limited or lost if the consumer gives express consent to immediate supply and acknowledges that the right to cancel may be affected once supply begins, where permitted by law.
7.6. Reward Class will not limit any cancellation or refund rights that you are legally entitled to.
8.1. Refunds may be considered where persistent technical issues prevent you from accessing paid features of the Platform.
8.2. Before a refund is considered, you must give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
8.3. A refund may not be granted where the issue is caused by:
a. your device;
b. your internet connection;
c. outdated browser software;
d. incorrect login details;
e. misuse of the Platform;
f. third-party outages outside our reasonable control; or
g. a temporary issue that is resolved within a reasonable time.
9.1. Points have no cash value.
9.2. Points cannot be refunded, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
9.3. Monthly Reward Class reward budget has no cash value.
9.4. Monthly Reward Class reward budget does not roll over unless Reward Class clearly states otherwise.
9.5. Reward Class-funded rewards are only available where:
a. the account has an active eligible paid subscription;
b. the user has enough points;
c. there is enough available monthly Reward Class reward budget;
d. the parent or guardian approves the reward; and
e. the reward is available.
9.6. If a subscription is cancelled, access to Reward Class-funded rewards and unused monthly Reward Class reward budget may end immediately.
9.7. If a refund is approved, Reward Class may remove, cancel, or adjust any related subscription benefits, including:
a. paid access;
b. points awarded through paid features;
c. Reward Class-funded rewards;
d. unused monthly Reward Class reward budget;
e. reward redemptions; or
f. other paid plan benefits.
9.8. If a Reward Class-funded reward has already been redeemed, issued, delivered, or fulfilled, Reward Class may deduct its value from any refund or refuse the refund where permitted by law.
9.9. If points were earned through paid features and a refund is approved, Reward Class may remove or adjust those points.
9.10. Parent-provided rewards are created, approved, funded, and fulfilled by the parent or guardian.
9.11. Reward Class is not responsible for refunding, replacing, or compensating users for parent-provided rewards.
10.1. Reward Class may offer free trials, discounted plans, promotional offers, or introductory pricing.
10.2. If Reward Class offers a free trial or promotion, the terms of that offer will be shown at sign-up.
10.3. If a free trial converts into a paid monthly subscription, the price, billing date, and cancellation process will be explained before payment is taken.
10.4. If you cancel during a free trial before any paid subscription begins, you will not be charged.
10.5. If Reward Class does not offer a free trial at the time you subscribe, this section does not apply.
10.6. Reward Class may withdraw, change, or restrict free trials and promotions at any time.
10.7. Reward Class may refuse or cancel a free trial or promotion where we reasonably suspect misuse, duplicate accounts, fraud, or abuse.

a. your name;
b. account email address or username;
c. date of payment;
d. reason for the refund request;
e. any relevant screenshots or supporting information.
11.3. We may ask for additional information to verify your account, payment, or refund request.
11.4. Refund requests should be made as soon as possible after the issue arises.
12.1. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
12.2. We aim to handle refund requests fairly and reasonably.
12.3. If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method.
12.4. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, your bank, or your payment provider.
12.5. Reward Class is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card providers, Stripe, or other payment providers.
13.1. Refunds may be refused where:
a. the request is incomplete or cannot be verified;
b. the request is made after a significant delay;
c. the account has breached our Terms and Conditions;
d. there has been misuse, fraud, cheating, or attempted manipulation of points or rewards;
e. the paid features were available and used;
f. paid courses, lessons, quizzes, missions, games, challenges, or parent tools were accessed;
g. points were earned through paid features;
h. Reward Class-funded rewards have already been redeemed, issued, delivered, or fulfilled;
i. the issue was caused by the user’s device, internet connection, browser, or misuse;
j. the request relates to parent-provided rewards;
k. the user cancelled after the monthly payment had already been taken; or
l. applicable law does not require a refund and we do not consider a discretionary refund appropriate.
13.2. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

14.2. If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we may provide relevant information to Stripe, the bank, or payment provider to respond to the dispute.
14.3. We may suspend or restrict access to paid features while a payment dispute is being reviewed.
When subscribing to a paid plan, users may be asked to confirm that they understand the paid subscription gives immediate access to paid digital features, including paid courses, lessons, quizzes, missions, games, challenges, parent tools, and Reward Class-funded reward features.
Users may also be asked to confirm that if they cancel after paid access begins, they may not receive a full refund, and any refund may be reduced or refused where permitted by law if paid features have been used, points have been earned through paid features, or Reward Class-funded rewards have been redeemed.
16.1. Reward Class may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
16.2. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with the updated date.
16.3. Changes will not affect any statutory rights you may have.
